1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using CloudFetch, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you're using CloudFetch on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Account Responsibilities
- You must be 18 years or older to use CloudFetch
- Keep your account credentials secure
- You're responsible for all activity under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Distribute malware or harmful content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
- Harass, abuse, or harm others
- Use the platform for spam or phishing
4. Subscriptions & Billing
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
- You can cancel at any time from your dashboard
- Refunds are handled according to our refund policy
- Prices may change with 30 days notice
5. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use CloudFetch ceases immediately.
